Why isn’t my assigned collection slot showing in the dropdown?

Assigned slots appear 10 hours pre-start and stay visible until 24 hrs after. If you’re assigned and still can’t see it, please report it.

🔍 Possible Reasons & What to Check

What to Do

You’re not assigned to the slot

Go to Volunteer Hub → My Collections and confirm you’re still assigned. Only assigned slots show up.

Timing of slot visibility

The slot appears 10 hours before the start time.

Drop-off after expiration

The slot stays visible until 24 hours after its start time (to add “Best Before” items) and then disappears.

Informal cover vs claimed

If you’re covering informally (not via the app), it won't show for you in the dropdown.


🧰 What to Do If It’s Still Not Showing

  1. Double-check your My Collections in the Volunteer Hub.

  2. Wait until it is at least 10 hours before the slot.

  3. Ensure you’re assigned to the slot formally (via the app).

  4. If all the above are correct, but it still doesn’t appear, submit an issue report form.
