🔍 Possible Reasons & What to Check
Reason | What to Do |
You’re not assigned to the slot | Go to Volunteer Hub → My Collections and confirm you’re still assigned. Only assigned slots show up. |
Timing of slot visibility | The slot appears 10 hours before the start time. |
Drop-off after expiration | The slot stays visible until 24 hours after its start time (to add “Best Before” items) and then disappears. |
Informal cover vs claimed | If you’re covering informally (not via the app), it won't show for you in the dropdown. |
🧰 What to Do If It’s Still Not Showing
Double-check your My Collections in the Volunteer Hub.
Wait until it is at least 10 hours before the slot.
Ensure you’re assigned to the slot formally (via the app).
If all the above are correct, but it still doesn’t appear, submit an issue report form.
