Why can’t I claim a collection slot on the Volunteer Hub?

Usually this happens if your training isn’t complete, or you’ve already reached your slot limit.

Training or induction is not complete

  • Check the Available Collection Slots page or the Inductions tab.

  • Finish all required modules before you can claim a slot.

Daily slot limit reached

Slot limit reached at a business

  • Some stores set a maximum number of slots per volunteer.

  • To claim more, you’ll need to unassign a slot first.

  • It can take up to 24 hours before the system updates after you unassign, depending on the timing of your last collection.
