TV and film sets: When you arrive

Please take note of the following points, which are important for ensuring every collection from a production site runs as smoothly as possible!

✏️ Nondisclosure agreement:

Due to the nature of these production sets, you may be asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) on arrival. This signed agreement simply means that you will not share information about the production after your collection.

πŸ“Έ Taking photos:

This agreement also means that you cannot take photos when on set. Even if you are not asked to sign an agreement, please do not take pictures of the production area, the cast, or the crew unless asked to do so by a member of staff. If they specifically ask you to take a photo of the Olio collection process, you are more than welcome!

🚷 Access:

There are designated areas on set where visitors (including FWHs) are permitted access. Please take your time to follow the directions given to you by Team Olio and the onsite contacts, and look out for signs which are normally put up around the set to guide you to the right place. You will need to meet a member of staff, security, or someone from the catering team for the collection, so please do not enter any area you’re not sure about, without being given permission first!

😊 Onsite contacts:

It is extremely busy on these production sites so it may take a bit of time for the crew to get back to you if you have a question, and some people on set might not know about Olio if you are lost. Please be patient and polite when speaking with crew members, and someone will help you out!
