Iceland: how will I know if the store has food to collect?

To confirm the collection, please call the store directly 1 hour before your collection. The contact details of each store are found against the collection slot details on the Volunteer Hub. If you tried both the store landline and mobile three times and still aren’t able to reach a member of staff please don’t attend your collection and report this to us via the Issue Report Form located in the Volunteer Hub so we can relay to Iceland HQ.
