One Stop: My local store is not confirming donations, what do I do
If your store is experiencing problems with the 'Olio Collect' process; here are some handy information you can relay:
🏬 Pop in to the store to ask staff if they are aware of Olio, if not please report this to us via the FWH Issue Report Form located in the Volunteer Hub.
💡 Ask staff to have a quick search of their inbox for any emails titled ‘Olio Collect’ which will guide them through the process
📲 Remind them that their Olio Collect page can be accessed on their back office computer by heading to ‘ My Stop> My Community> Surplus Food Waste Process> Olio Collect Links’.
📹 One Stop have put together a handy video explaining the food donation process. This is also located on their ‘My Stop’ page. Please ask staff to refer to this for support.
⚠️ As a reminder - please do not attend collections unless a confirmation message is received. If the store is not confirming donations, please continue to report this directly to us via the FWH Issue Report Form.
