What should I do if I don't receive a collection confirmation message from my Booker branch?
The Booker branch should always send a collection confirmation message to let you know if your collection is going ahead or not. Many Booker branches have not yet experienced donating food to OLIO so new branches can sometimes fail to send a collection confirmation message if they are still getting used to the donation process. We are continuously reviewing stores that fail to send collection confirmation messages to Food Waste Heroes, so you do not need to report this to us. Please do not go along to the collection unless you have received the collection confirmation message, as the branch staff may not be expecting you and may not have any surplus food.
