Collection slot cancellation

Why has my slot been cancelled?

If you get a notification form OLIO's Little Helper saying that we have cancelled your slot, don't worry! You haven't done anything wrong. The reasons why this may have happened are:

A charity has stepped forward to take the collection slot. Charities take precedence over food donations and we don't get any notice about these changes.
The store has closed down, either temporarily or permanently, and we've been asked to cancel the slots.

If you've lost your slot, we're really sorry! We know this can be really frustrating, especially when it happens suddenly. Check out Available Collection Slots in the Volunteer Hub, and set your Notifications there to receive a note whenever one becomes available locally.
