I can’t get through to a member of staff on the phone
We understand that things don’t always run smoothly. If you can’t reach a member of Pret A Manger staff on the phone to confirm the collection, it’s possible they are held up if the shop is busy. Please do try a couple of times. However, if this happens on 2 or more separate occasions, please let OLIO know by filling out the FWH Issue Form by clicking 'Something wrong?' on the Volunteer Hub so we can investigate the problem.
