Pret: calling stores ahead of collecting
I can’t get through to a member of staff on the phone
We understand that things don’t always run smoothly. If you can’t reach a member of Pret A Manger staff on the phone to confirm the collection, it’s possible they are held up if the shop is busy. Please do try a couple of times.
However, if this happens on 2 or more separate occasions, please let OLIO know via a FWH Issue Report by tapping 'Report an issue' button in My Collection Slots on the Volunteer Hub - so we can investigate the problem. 👍
