No food to collect after a collection confirmation message is sent by Booker

Why was there no food to collect, even if I received a confirmation message?

While this should be a rare exception, there are two possible reasons:

  1. The Booker branch did have surplus food when they sent the confirmation message, but they sold this food to customers after they sent the confirmation message.
  2. The Booker branch sent the confirmation message by mistake.

Please rest assured that if Booker informs you (via OLIO’s Little Helper in the OLIO app chat), then there should be food to collect. If you’re told that there’s food to collect, but in fact there isn't any, please inform us by tapping 'Something wrong?' in your Volunteer Hub under 'My collections'.
