Booker: induction call process

Do I need an induction call for Booker?

You are welcome to start collections from Booker without having a call with us first, only if you feel thoroughly prepared from having watched the induction videos and completed the corresponding quizzes. 

If you have any concerns or questions, please do not proceed with your first collection. Instead, please book your induction call, and skip your collection slot until after you've had your induction call. You can skip your collection slot on the Volunteer Hub under ' My Collection Slots'.
