Pret: induction calls
What should I do if the earliest appointment for a Pret A Manger induction call is after my first collection?
You are welcome to start collections from Pret A Manger without having a call with us first, with the exception of a few specific collections that require a mandatory call. This includes any airport collections and collections from Birmingham Selfridges.
Aside from those you can start collections if you feel thoroughly prepared from having watched the induction videos and completed the corresponding quizzes. However, if you have any concerns or questions, please do not proceed with your first collection. Instead, please book your induction call, and skip your collection slot until after you've had your induction call.
