No food to collect after Tesco sent a collection confirmation message

Why was there no food to collect, even if I received a confirmation message?

While this should be a rare exception, there are two possible reasons:

  1. The Tesco store did have surplus food when they sent the confirmation message, but they sold this food to customers after they sent the confirmation message.
  2. The Tesco store sent the confirmation message by mistake.

Please rest assured that if Tesco informs you (via OLIO’s Little Helper in the OLIO app chat), then there should be food to collect. If you’re regularly told that there’s food to collect, but in fact there’s none, please inform by completing this FWH Issue Report Form
