I can't log in
If there is an issue with the app, you may not be able to login. Please therefore check our status page: https://olioex.com/status/
If all parts of the app are working, there are several steps you can take to log into your account:
1. Ensure that you are logging in and not signing up. (signing up will deliver the message "you already have an account under that email")
2. Ensure that both the email and password are typed correctly into the login fields rather than copy and paste.
3, Switch between wifi and data connections to ensure you have a strong internet connection
4. Reset your password at https://web.olioex.com/forgot-password
5. Reinstall the app and repeat from step 1.
